These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and spinph2 ("spinph2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the spinph2 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the spinph2 Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the spinph2 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. spinph2 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before participating.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the spinph2 Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. spinph2 strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. spinph2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
2.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) spinph2 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If spinph2 determines that a player holds more than one account, spinph2 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings derived from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). spinph2 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide such documentation as spinph2 may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete identity verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
2.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. spinph2 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinph2 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. spinph2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify spinph2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. spinph2 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Your spinph2 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account to access the Platform or place wagers on your behalf.
3.4 Account Non-Transferability. spinph2 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. spinph2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your spinph2 account upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. spinph2 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) hours of approval. spinph2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. spinph2 is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. spinph2 may delay, withhold, or report transactions that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on spinph2 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). spinph2 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
5.1 General. spinph2 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. spinph2 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. spinph2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have validly claimed the promotion.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All spinph2 games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited for fairness and compliance with applicable standards.
6.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the spinph2 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, spinph2 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. spinph2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in spinph2's server logs shall be the definitive record. spinph2's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the spinph2 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the spinph2 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of spinph2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. spinph2 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the spinph2 Platform without the prior written consent of spinph2.
9.1 Platform Availability. spinph2 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spinph2 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.
9.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spinph2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, spinph2's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your spinph2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Force Majeure. spinph2 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, government actions, or civil unrest.
spinph2 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the spinph2 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. spinph2 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and all applicable implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
spinph2 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.1 Termination by You. You may close your spinph2 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance review.
12.2 Suspension or Termination by spinph2. spinph2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if spinph2 reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, spinph2 reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from prohibited activities. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the spinph2 Platform, you agree to first contact spinph2's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. spinph2 will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 Formal Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. For gaming-related disputes, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its established complaints process.
spinph2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, spinph2 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the spinph2 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
